Our Story

Our journey began in May 2014 - born out of a passion for Italian cuisine combined with healthy eating. We believe the two go hand in hand.

Inspired by our own travels & experiences of Italian Food we set out on a mission to bring arguably the world’s favourite cuisine into the fast-casual, quick service food industry.

We use high quality authentic Italian ingredients & our recipes and marinates are prepared in store every day. Fresh food should be exactly that! We don’t like the idea of pre-made, we are all about made to order. Our meals are prepared on demand within minutes in front of our customers, providing a unique experience with a real essence of Street Food!

Our aim is to redefine the Healthy food market with our own distinctive style and prove better food can be served fast!
